2. Correspond with Bill while he finds homes that meet your criteria.
3. Get your loan pre-approved “before” you make an offer on a home. (Bill can help you with this)….

q Write the Condition due dates down on your calendar.
q Give Bill the deposit check.
q Get the offer to purchase to your financial institution for financing.
5. After Offer is Firm and Accepted….
q Give Bill your lawyer’s name or ask him for recommendations.
q Write the Closing Date down on your calendar.
q Get a list of places to call with your new address and hookups for new home from Bill.
6. Five Days Prior to Closing Day….
q Call your lawyer or Bill 5-days prior to closing if you don’t already have your appointment set-up to sign papers.
q If you have a pre-closing inspection with Bill, make sure a date has been set for the Walk-through.
7. Closing Day….
q Meet with your Escrow Officer or lawyer to give the final down payment check and sign papers if not already done.
q Get keys from your lawyer, Escrow Officer or Bill, depending on with whom you arranged it with!
